JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible in preparing quotations/proposal for new and renewal business, tender processing, broking slips, billing for credit note and debit note, and report.
  • Monitor and ensure policy/endorsement/billing/tax invoice from insurers are received timely and perform verification against Company’s broking slip, instructions and billing for accuracy and conformity.
  • Ensure client’s files are maintained in systematic, good order and up to date, ensure policy, endorsement, correspondences and instruction are promptly filed after approval obtained.
  • Manage claim matters in compliance with Company’s standard operating procedure.
  • Attend to all incoming correspondence and outgoing communication with relevant parties promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company policies and procedures; and insurance regulatory requirements at all times

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must passes a recognized Diploma/Higher/Advanced Diploma in Business Management / Insurance or equivalent in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualification / Actuarial Science or Professional Degree
  • Working experience in the insurance industry shall be an added advantage
  • Right working attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to provide administrative support to the team in managing a book of business comprised of clients as well as prospects by ensuring all operational works are completed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Generate invoices as per the endorsements and invoices provided by the insurers.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Inform Account Managers of all pertinent operational matters.
  • Maintain systematic and retrieval physical or digital filling system.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company policies and procedures; and insurance regulatory requirements at all times
  • Perform any other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
